Our company has extensive capabilities and experience in providing proof load testing services with our own equipment up to 90 tons of the following equipment:
- Cargo and deck cranes
- Lifeboat davits and winches
- Accommodation ladders, gangway, pilot and embarkation ladder
- Monorails and hoists
Prior to the load test, an inspection is performed to make certain that the equipment is safe to handle the load.
All overload tests are performed using our own calibrated equipment including water bags and load cells. Using water weights allows for potential problems to be identified prior to attaining the maximum load. A certified load cell provides exact measurement of the weight applied to the equipment.
Proof load testing is performed to meet the requirements of the manufacturers and regulations.
